The J. Allen Allstars Foundation is a non-profit organization, dedicated to helping young people from all backgrounds discover their potential

Based in Florida, we provide a mentorship program, operated by passionate and dedicated youth leaders, with a focus on giving young people access to the skills they may not have had the chance to learn in a conventional educational setting.

From financial literacy through to mental health management, and everything in between, we’ve packed our program with everything a young person needs to succeed and thrive in their personal and future professional lives.

Every skill we teach, every lesson we provide is backed, empowered by and imprinted with the values of hope and love, discipline, integrity, and responsibility. We’re all about building both character and skillsets, helping children and teenagers overcome any challenge.

An entrepreneur, businessman and former 1st round football pick to the Miami Dolphins, Jason Allen is the driving force behind the Allstars Foundation, putting his energy and passion for supporting underprivileged youths behind everything we do.

As founder of the foundation, Jason is always looking for new ways to improve the way we work to give more to every one of our mentees.

Detention centers are full of at-risk youth who, without the proper guidance and support, are facing the prospect of becoming career criminals. We can change that.

We’ve partnered with the juvenile justice system who grant us access to provide mentorship to those who most need it with detention centers. We work with them and their families to provide a smooth transition to prison life, helping them with mental health issues and living adjustments.

The recidivism rate for young offenders reoffending is very high and we believe the best way to change that is to give them the tools they need to build better lives for themselves.
