We aim to assist our youth to realize their potential and grasp all the amazing qualities and gifts in themselves that we see. We are blessed to create these opportunities with partners who have the same mission and vision that God has given us. GIVE YOUR TIME
If you’re interested to donate your time or being a financial contributor, there are a variety of ways to help. Our partners help us to create programs and host events, mentor youth, advocate for the cause, and so much more. Volunteers help to organize events, set up fundraisers, and schedule workplace opportunities for our youth. We know you’ll feel that your time was well spent when you meet our amazing children. Champion our foundation and cause through community and local legislation outreach. Advocate for our youth who need you most to community leaders who have the power to enact change and help allocate funds to the J Allen Allstars Foundation. Communities all over the US struggle with issues of poverty, violence, family struggles, and negative societal impacts, all of which harm the development of the youth. Become a champion for the Allstars Foundation and discover how fulfilling it is to help our youth to see and experience real change put into action within your local legislation and or government.
When you choose to hire one of our all-star youth, you are given them hope and demonstrating that you believe in them. When our youth receives an opportunity to put their skills to use in a professional setting, they learn about the workforce, build character, learn responsibility and accountability, and benefit with better time management and organization skills which can be used in their daily and future lives.
